2. Method and Time of Order Fulfillment
a) Registration for participation in the conference is made via the online registration form available on the conference website https://www.nusod.net/.
b) The registration is considered complete upon receipt of confirmation by email from the organizer and after successful payment of the conference fee.
c) Payment is made in one of two ways:

- electronically via PayU service, and the confirmation of registration is issued automatically after the payment is credited.
d) The registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration within 48 hours of payment.
3. Return Procedure / Policy
a) In accordance with Article 38(12) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities, entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the contract indicates the day or period of service provision.
b) Despite the above, participants may cancel their registration and receive a refund under the following conditions:
- Full refund if cancellation is submitted no later than 14 days after submission of the registration, but not later than 14 days before the start date of the conference.
- No refund for cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the conference.
c) All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to nusod@info.p.lodz.pl.
4. Complaint Procedure / Policy
a) Participants may submit complaints related to the registration process or conference participation by email to nusod@info.p.lodz.pl.
b) Complaints must include the participant’s full name, email address, description of the issue, and relevant documentation or evidence (if applicable).
c) The organizer will process the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. The participant will be informed of the outcome by email.
5. Order Fulfillment Restrictions
a) The organizer reserves the right to close the registration earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached.
b) The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration in justified cases, including false or incomplete information provided during registration or previous violations of the terms and conditions.
c) In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, participants will be informed immediately and offered an alternative date or a refund of the paid fee.
6. Warranty and After-Sales Services
a) The organizer guarantees access to the conference in accordance with the agenda and scope published on the official website.
b) Regular and student participant registration fee covers the following services:
- Participation in all conference sessions,
- Welcome package with conference materials,
- Coffee breaks,
- Lunches during the conferences,
- Poster Session,
- Welcome Reception,
- Conference Dinner,
- Sight-seeing tour.
c) Guest registration fee covers the following services:
- Welcome Reception,
- Conference Dinner,
- Sight-seeing tour.
d) Any after-sales service inquiries, including requests for certificates of attendance, should be sent to nusod@info.p.lodz.pl. Response time is up to 7 working days.
These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled by the competent Polish court.
