Passport and Visa: Please check with your local Chinese consulate or online and apply for your visa as soon as possible, if required.

Insurance: The organizers cannot accept financial responsibility for medical emergencies, accidents, or loss of personal property. Conference participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance in their home country prior to departure.
